Questions before you order
Orders ship within 1–2 business days, not counting weekends and holidays, and you get a tracking number by email. Delivery in the US takes 3–7 business days; international orders take 7–14 business days depending on the destination. We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx.

When your order reaches $300, a full-size Levante Exclusive is added to your cart automatically, free. If the order drops below $300, the gift is removed.
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Opened or used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Write to sales@jomilanoparis.com to start a return.
Once we receive and check your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days for it to show up.
